Photography
WEDDINGS
From getting ready to your reception, coverage follows your celebration timeline. Your lead photographer provides professional equipment, setup and breakdown, preparation photos, ceremony coverage, formal wedding-party portraits, and reception photography.
Light editing and retouching are included, with photographs in color and EEP’s signature true black and white. Your delivery link is emailed within 21 business days of the event and remains available for 30 days after it is sent.
An Elyte Canvas portrait is included, available within 27 business days after your wedding and mailed to you. This is an availability timeframe, not a promised arrival date. An engagement session is an optional, recommended add-on.
CORPORATE & PRIVATE EVENTS
Capture your event’s people, atmosphere, and meaningful moments. Corporate options include event coverage, professional headshots, website imagery, award and honoree portraits, and red-carpet portraits. Corporate photography includes consultation, a pre-site visit, and light editing and retouching.
Corporate and private-event photographs are delivered within 7–10 business days after the event. Download links remain available for 30 days after delivery.
Videography
WEDDINGS
Your lead videographer captures preparation, the ceremony, grand entrance, special dances, formal reception moments, and dance highlights within your booked coverage period. Professional equipment, setup, and breakdown are included.
WEDDING & CORPORATE FILMS
1–3 minute social media reel: delivered within 10 business days after the event.
7–15 minute recap film: delivered within 27 business days after the event.
PRIVATE EVENT FILMS
A 1–3 minute reel and a 5–10 minute recap, both delivered within 27 business days after the event.
VIDEO REVISIONS
One complimentary revision is included if needed. Submit your request within 10 days of delivery. Additional revisions are quoted based on the request.
PLAN YOUR PHOTO & VIDEO COVERAGE
We assess your schedule, locations, and coverage needs to recommend the right team. Additional photographers or videographers may be recommended at an additional cost to capture simultaneous moments and provide coverage aligned with your vision and EEP’s standards.
